Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Travel Operations Coordinator to manage group and corporate travel bookings, coordinating air tickets, hotels, transport, and documents for varied itineraries.

You will liaise with suppliers, prepare briefing materials, and handle visa and travel insurance queries via phone and email. Hospitality/Tourism background and 1–2 years’ experience are preferred, with a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or related field.
• 1–2 years in Tourism or Hospitality; candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in group travel bookings; MS Office proficiency; GDS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air ticket reservations and travel arrangements for group and corporate bookings.
• Liaise with land operators, hotels, restaurants, venues, and service providers for quotations and bookings.
• Plan itineraries, airport transfers, coach transportation, and related logistics.
• Prepare travel documents, luggage tags, tour booklets, briefing materials, and pre-departure kits.
• Handle visa enquiries and travel insurance purchases via phone and email.
• Manage and resolve operational issues, disputes, and customer complaints with stakeholders.
• Support sales with proposal preparation and operational coordination.
• Assist daily operational activities for the business travel team.
• Issue event orders, invoices, and related documentation for operational support services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
