Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in outbound operations preferred.
• Meticulous administrative and operational skills.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel; knowledge of Travelport systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage regular travel company daily operations.
• Arrange tour transportation and accommodation.
• Handle reservations for tours & hotels, air tickets, travel coordination and customer support.
• Handle outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Interact with local and overseas travel agents.
