Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement or transformation initiatives and delivering measurable productivity, cost-saving, or operational benefits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action management.
• Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and change management capabilities.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and quality initiatives that enhance performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Identify opportunities across the business, solve complex challenges, and deliver meaningful change.
• Lead investigations into operational incidents, root causes, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Turn data into action by developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach managers and frontline teams on problem-solving and governance.
