Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5–8 years in analytics, operations analytics, or continuous improvement.

• Proven problem-solving and process mapping capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to an experienced operations team for warehouse, transport, inventory, and customer service.

• Lead operational excellence initiatives including SOP improvements and automation.
• Develop practical solutions across Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.

• Lead RFQ, RFI, and tender workstreams with planning and pricing inputs.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from design to go-live and post-implementation review.

About the role

This strategic Sr Executive to Mid Management role combines operational management, business process engineering, project implementation, customer solution design, and capability development to support both current operations and future business expansion. The role is intended for a commercially minded operations leader who can bridge operational execution, data analytics, business process engineering, customer implementation, and contract logistics solution design.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to an experienced operations team responsible for warehouse, transport, inventory, and customer service activities.
• Drive operational performance through governance, coaching, performance management, and structured problem solving rather than direct daily execution.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and operational bottlenecks through data analysis, process observation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives including SOP improvement, productivity projects, automation, digitalization, process standardization, and workflow redesign.
• Use operational data, root cause analysis, process mapping, and structured problem solving to address recurring issues and prevent service failures.
• Develop practical solutions for cross functional pain points involving Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, IT, clients, and external partners.
• Support the implementation of new processes, tools, dashboards, system enhancements, and operational technologies.
• Track improvement project outcomes, measure benefits, and ensure agreed changes are embedded and sustained.
• Lead operational workstreams for RFQ, RFI, and tender submissions, including operational assumptions, manpower planning, warehouse design, transportation strategies, and pricing inputs.
• Lead implementation projects from solution design through customer onboarding, operational readiness, go-live support, stabilization, and post implementation review.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in business analytics, operations analytics, supply chain analytics, operational excellence, continuous improvement, business transformation, project implementation, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, develop insights, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong project management capability with experience leading multiple cross functional initiatives and managing competing priorities.
• Strong problem solving, root cause analysis, process mapping, and business process reengineering capability.
• Proven experience delivering continuous improvement, automation, digitalization, productivity enhancement, or workflow redesign initiatives.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, management reporting, performance tracking, and decision support tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills.
• Candidates with analyst background in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, or Operational Excellence backgrounds will have an advantage.
