Job summary

HRnet Ventures PteLtd is seeking a Senior / Manager - Business Excellence (Ops Development) to lead transformational CI initiatives across warehouse operations and business verticals, applying Lean Six Sigma and BPR.

You will coach Lean practitioners, drive automation and digitalization, and ensure compliance with ISO, HSE, and sustainability standards while delivering cost savings. This role requires strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years in operational excellence, CI, or BPR in supply chain/logistics.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Formal training in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Deep expertise in BPR, org design, analytics, and process modeling.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, HSE, and sustainability frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BPR and job redesign to cut waste and deliver cost savings.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses of warehouse operations and systems.
• Partner with vertical BUs to integrate automation, technology, and digitalization tools.
• Drive cross-functional project teams to deliver transformational initiatives on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain alignment with ISO Accreditation and HSE & Sustainability best practices.
• Act as a central change agent for Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and Change Management frameworks.
• Train, coach, and develop certified Lean Six Sigma practitioners and project teams.
