Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Lead to drive transformation programs that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. You will lead adoption of Lean Six Sigma and related methodologies across multiple units, guiding process re-engineering and digitalisation efforts.

The role requires 10+ years in CI or related fields, with Black Belt certification and proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, BPR, or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with proven application.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and supply chain improvement projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and HSE practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI methodologies adoption across supported units.
• Drive process re-engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with business units to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Support transformation through automation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Analyse warehouse and supply chain processes for cost savings and performance gains.
• Coach Lean Six Sigma practitioners and project teams.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects within approved budgets and timelines.
• Analyse business processes to prioritise improvement initiatives.
• Promote application of improvement tools for sustainable results.
• Conduct operational research and data analysis to support decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive change.
