Job summary

Certis is seeking a Manager, Operational Excellence & Quality in Singapore to lead continuous improvement across Secure Logistics Services. This role requires deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable efficiency and quality gains.

You will drive dashboards, KPIs, and governance across strategic initiatives, coaching teams and shaping safer, smarter operating models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement or transformation initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and change-management capabilities.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and quality initiatives across Secure Logistics Services.
• Identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and deliver meaningful change across the business.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to track performance, progress, productivity, and risks.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and transformation initiatives with sustainable, measurable impact.
• Provide governance, risk management, and benefit tracking to ensure successful adoption into operations.
• Coach managers and frontline teams in problem-solving methodologies to build lasting organisational capability.
