Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Excellence professional to lead Lean Six Sigma, BPR and operational transformation across large-scale logistics and supply chain operations in Singapore.

You will steer cross-functional improvement projects and deliver measurable productivity and quality gains. You will mentor CI practitioners, champion ISO/HSE standards, and partner with senior stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable performance across

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement or BPR.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with hands-on BPR capabilities.
• ISO 9001/9000 knowledge; ISO 14001 experience preferred; knowledge of HSE and Sustainability practices is an advantage.
• Project Management training or certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Singapore Citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and BPR projects to improve operational efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Drive Business Process Re-engineering, job redesign, automation and digitalisation initiatives across business units.
• Analyse business processes, operational performance, costs and benefits to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Coach and develop Lean Six Sigma practitioners while promoting a strong Continuous Improvement and operational excellence culture.
• Support ISO, HSE and Sustainability initiatives and ensure processes comply with relevant standards.
• Track project outcomes and ensure improvements deliver measurable productivity, quality and cost savings.
