Job summary

SIMPLIFYNEXT is a Singapore-headquartered digital engineering firm delivering enterprise SaaS and AI-enabled transformations. The Senior Business Analyst will lead discovery workshops, shape requirements into a clear backlog, and guide programs through design, build, test and adoption in collaboration with clients in Singapore and across ASEAN.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of business analysis or consulting delivering enterprise applications, SaaS or digital transformation projects.
• Proven track record across full delivery lifecycle – discovery, design, build, test, implementation and adoption.
• Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe or hybrid): writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, backlog prioritisation.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills – able to run workshops with senior stakeholders and frontline users alike.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to identify pain points, map user journeys, and define transformation opportunities.
• Shape requirements into clear Agile user stories and product backlogs, working with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers.
• Leverage AI and automation to reimagine processes, accelerate delivery, and create smarter digital workflows.
• Drive projects through the full lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Implementation, Adoption.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.
