Job summary

Avanade in Singapore seeks a Digital Business Analyst (Senior Analyst) to translate business challenges into structured strategies and actionable roadmaps, leading client conversations and shaping future state through journey maps and blueprints.

You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and change leads to prototype and pilot AI-powered services and deliver compelling presentations to CxO audiences, combining visuals with rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, Product management or digital transformation roles.
• Experience in AI-driven transformation, digital strategy, or process redesign.
• Strong business analysis and facilitation skills from journey mapping and service blueprinting to agile requirements definition.
• Proven ability to lead client presentations, run workshops, and create high-impact decks (e.g., strategy, business case, transformation roadmap).
• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills you can connect data, behaviour, and business outcomes.
• Experience working with or alongside tech (Cloud, AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), but your strength is framing why it matters.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, confident presenting, and sharp storytelling.

• Communicate with impact: craft presentations that resonate at CxO level combining visuals, logic, and clarity.
