Marina Bay Sands seeks a Learning Specialist for Hotel Training & Quality Assurance to design and implement training programs that elevate service standards across luxury F&B operations.

You will analyze learning needs, develop engaging content, and evaluate outcomes to drive continuous improvement in guest experience. A minimum of 2 years in hospitality training and strong MS Office skills are required; weekends may be required.

Competenze

• Minimum GCE O Level.
• Diploma or qualifications in Hospitality Management (added advantage).
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same capacity.

Mansioni

• Foster learning partnerships with stakeholders and align programs with departmental strategies.
• Lead creation of training materials and online resources.
• Monitor learning budget and collaborate for future budgets.
• Support QA inspections to identify training needs and help curate training programs.
• Promote Marina Bay Sands culture and exceptional guest service.
