Job summary

• User support: Handle incoming IT service requests and provide on-site or off-site support to healthcare end-users, including prompt response to queries via calls/ voicemail / email / fax.

• Troubleshooting:Incident tracking and first & second level resolution for all trouble calls, including those related to desktop, LAN, centralized infrastructure, Wide Area Network, and voice services related service requests

• Account administration:Coordinate user account activation, changes and terminations.
