Job summary

MINDEF Singapore is seeking a Training Management Assistant to support the Command and Groups by driving continuous learning and managing the DIS Continuous Learning Work Plan (DCLWP).

You will consolidate training needs, handle ad-hoc requests, coordinate with Training Management Branch on nominations, allocations and funding, and monitor budget performance to ensure governance and audit compliance.

Qualifications

• Education in Business Management or related field preferred.
• Experience in training management advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Copilot and AI tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training management and drive continuous learning for the Command and Groups.
• Manage the annual Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) Continuous Learning Work Plan (DCLWP) and other training initiatives across the Command.
• Coordinate with Training Management Branch on course nominations, allocations, funding and training policies.
