Job summary

SATS Ltd. at Changi International Airport seeks a Flight Operations coordinator to support Flight Watch, Dispatch and Crew Scheduling activities for departing flights.

You will coordinate with airline representatives and SATS departments, and ensure timely, accurate messages and crew briefs while maintaining high standards of service. You will also arrange hotels and transport for crews, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and uphold strict attention to detail in a dynamic aviation

Responsibilities

• Flight Watch & Monitoring: disseminate schedules, ensure timely movement messages, coordinate with crews and airline representatives.
• Flight Dispatch: prepare crew briefing packages and coordinate fuel/weight restrictions and rerouting when needed.
• Crew Scheduling / Management: share crew lists and hotel/transport details and manage last‑minute changes.

Job Description

You will perform various Flight Operations duties for departing flights from Changi International Airport. The tasks are segregated as follow:

• Flight Watch & Monitoring:
  • Monitor and disseminate airline schedules to other SATS departments, airline representatives and external business units.
  • Ensure movement messages are transmitted promptly.
  • Coordinate with relevant department(s) on crew's request.
  • Coordinate with airline representative for any AOG or flight delays / cancellation.
• Flight Dispatch:
  • Preparation and presentation of crew briefing package according to airline policy/SOP.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for any fuel / weight restrictions and Zero Fuel Weight.
  • Coordinate with SIN AIS and airline's dispatcher in the event that flight rerouting is required or any irregularity.
• Crew Scheduling / Management
  • Ensure stipulated hotels are informed of crew names and flight details prior to crew's arrival.
  • Ensure crew lists and allowance sheets (if any) are disseminated out to relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with airlines' hotels and transport companies for bookings and any revision to departure details and for any last-minute arrangement when required.
