Air-Chin is seeking an Airlines Operation Officer at Singapore Changi Airport, Terminal 1. You will oversee day-to-day airline ground traffic, supervise turnarounds, and coordinate with ground handlers, catering, fueling, and maintenance teams to keep schedules on track.

The role requires fluency in Chinese for communication with our China headquarters and internal teams, and the ability to read internal documents issued exclusively in Chinese.

As an Airlines Operation Officer, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of airline ground traffic and ensuring aircraft are serviced safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The exact duties include:

• Ensure on-time departures and arrivals by monitoring flight schedules.

**Essential Prerequisite:

Fluency in Chinese — encompassing reading, writing, and verbal communication — is mandatory. The role requires effective and fluent communication with our China headquarters and various internal departments, as well as the ability to read, understand, and work from all internal company documents, official notifications, and operational guidelines, which are issued exclusively in the Chinese language.

Qualifications

• Diploma Qualification (Aviation Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is often preferred).
• Experience in airline operations, airport operations, or ground handling.
• Shift work is required, including weekends and public holidays.
• Familiarity with international aviation standards such as those from International Air Transport Association and International Civil Aviation Organization is an advantage.
