Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. at Changi Airport invites applications for a counter and fulfilment role. You will handle customer enquiries, process orders via the WMS, coordinate with merchants and runners, and perform stock checks across airport terminals.

You will also ensure accuracy, quality checks, and compliance with SOPs while maintaining clean counter and backroom areas as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Handle customer enquiries and counter operations.
• Process and fulfil customer orders accurately using the WMS.
• Coordinate with merchants and runners for timely order fulfilment.
• Perform inventory checks, stock counts and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with Changi Rewards enquiries, redemptions and promotional campaigns.
• Pick, pack, transfer and deliver items within airport terminals.

Working Hours: 12-hour shift, Work 2 days rest 2 days

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $1450 – $1600
• Night Shift Allowance: $100
• Performance Incentive: $500
