Job summary

NTUC Fairprice Co-Operative Ltd is seeking a capable administrator to support the Trading business in Singapore, focusing on accurate order processing, timely customer service, and close collaboration with Operations and Logistics.

You will handle customer inquiries, update delivery and payment arrangements, identify operational issues, implement improvements, ensure compliance with SOPs, and assist with projects and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and administration.
• Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and efficiently with high service levels.
• Handle customer inquiries on orders, delivery status and trading matters.
• Collaborate with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Identify operational issues, propose improvements and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, governance, risk, audit and SOP requirements.
• Assist in projects and reporting as directed by supervisor.
