NTUC FairPrice Co-Operative Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join our team. You will own new item onboarding, ensure accurate fee computation, verify samples, and support vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous data handling, and the ability to work across categories with internal teams and external partners. You will coordinate with Category Managers and vendors to meet deadlines and maintain master data integrity.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent in business, finance, marketing, retail management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in FMCG/retail, especially in commercial operations, vendor billing, or master data management.
• Strong numerical reconciliation ability and attention to detail; capable of identifying discrepancies and root causes.

Responsabilidades

• New item onboarding, form processing, and cataloging with high accuracy.
• Calculate, apply, and monitor onboarding fees, processing fees, and related charges; audit billing logs.
• Serve as primary vendor liaison for listing forms, billing timelines, and fee inquiries; resolve disputes.
