Qualifications

• Responsive and proactive in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing logistics workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures and industry best practices.
• Expected to work beyond official hours by resolving issues over the phone.
• Able to speak Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Quickly answers calls and emails, schedules and confirms jobs, and inputs customer data into company systems.
• Manage daily operations of the route and distribution activities of the fleet to ensure customers, assets and service requirements are employed efficiently.
• Communicates delivery schedule to drivers daily.
• Monitor jobs completion to ensure compliance and completion.
• Tracking, data entry, and filing of records and paperwork.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
