Job summary

Olam Agri in Singapore is seeking a transformation and operations optimization leader to drive improvements across trading operations, finance, risk and supply chain. You will partner with regional stakeholders to execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, controls and scalability across the trading value chain.

The ideal candidate holds an MBA with strong analytics and Mandarin proficiency, plus experience in commodities, trading, or commercial operations.

Qualifications

MBA with strong analytical, problem-solving and execution capabilities.
Exposure to commodities, trading, supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams and geographies.
High ownership mindset, learning agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI with data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead and monitor strategic transformation initiatives across trading operations.
Support optimization of trade execution processes coordinating trading, logistics, finance, risk, and supply chain teams.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, transparency and scalability across workflows.
Work with Business Head and regional stakeholders to drive priorities and business objectives.
Analyze trading, logistics and operational data to generate insights for decision-making.
Develop dashboards, governance reports, KPI scorecards and progress trackers.
