Job summary

An established MNC in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to support the transactional aspects of the trading lifecycle. The role will handle invoicing, payment instructions, and maintain trade documents, ensuring accurate recording of transactions in the trading system.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team, liaising with Trade Operations and Finance, with exposure to both areas and opportunities to develop within commodity trading.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience within commodity trading, shipping or logistics.
• Strong command of English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactional work.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Raise invoices and prepare payment instructions.
• Maintain trade documentation and ensure transactions are accurately recorded in trading system.
• Serve as bridge between Trade Operations and Finance and support transactional aspects of the trading lifecycle.
