Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Operations or Middle Office within Financial Services.
• Hands-on exposure to products: Equities, Fixed Income, Futures, IRS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Risk-aware mindset and proven track record of collaboration across teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable team player.

Responsibilities

• Take holistic ownership of trading activities from an operations perspective.
• Support industry and regulatory requirements for trade confirmation and settlement.
• Manage trade confirmations and settlements across multiple markets and products, adhering to strict cut-offs.
• Provide direct support to trading desks, handling ad-hoc queries and contributing to business initiatives.
• Review workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with trading desks, internal operations teams, brokers, custodians, and vendors.
