Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Trade Management Associate to join the Investment Operations team on a 9-month contract.

You will support the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Asia, coordinating with Traders, Portfolio Managers, Operations teams, Brokers and Custodians to ensure accurate processing. Responsibilities include trade confirmation and settlement across markets, assisting desks with daily queries, monitoring flows for risks and process improvements, and ensuring deadlines

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Operations, Middle Office or Trade Operations.
Experience with Equities, Fixed Income, Futures or IRS.
Understanding of trade lifecycle, confirmation and settlement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a risk and control mindset.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, accountable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and support trade confirmation and settlement across markets and products.
Support Trading Desks with day-to-day queries and operational matters.
Monitor trade flows and identify operational risks and process improvements.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues.
Support new products, clients, systems and business initiatives.
Ensure all activities meet deadlines, controls and regulatory requirements.
