Job summary

Olam Agri is expanding its team and seeking a high-potential MBA professional to support transformation and performance improvement across Trading Operations in Asia. The role offers broad exposure to the end-to-end commodity trading value chain, including trade execution, supply chain coordination, risk monitoring, and operating model enhancements.

You will lead analytics, dashboards, and governance reporting while collaborating with regional stakeholders to drive execution of key priorities

Qualifications

• MBA graduate with strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
• Exposure to commodities, trading, supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and geographies.
• High ownership mindset, learning agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; Mandarin language knowledge is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and operational improvement initiatives across trading operations.
• Support optimization of trade execution processes with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, transparency, and scalability.
• Work with the Business Head and regional stakeholders to drive priorities.
• Analyze trading, logistics, and operational data to generate insights.
• Develop dashboards, governance reports, KPI scorecards, and trackers.
• Track Asia Trading P&L, perform variance analysis, and highlight drivers.
• Participate in digitalization, data analytics, and operating model projects.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving sourcing, contracts, inventory, and shipping.
