MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented professional to join the Middle Office Trades team, supporting post-trade functions across Fixed Income, Equities, and FX, including trade confirmation, settlement oversight, and lifecycle support.

You will liaise with Front Office, Operations, Custody, Settlements, Technology and external counterparties to ensure timely processing, high accuracy, and opportunities for process improvements, including automation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
1–2 years of relevant middle office or trade operations experience.
Familiarity with trade matching platforms and settlement processes.
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle across Fixed Income, Equities, and FX.
Perform trade confirmation and settlement activities accurately and on deadlines.
Monitor and resolve exceptions, breaks, and discrepancies.
Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Custody, and external counterparties to ensure timely processing.
