Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an APAC FX Ops Trade Support Middle Office professional to manage day-to-day FX, Options and STIRT trade support activities across the APAC region. You will handle trade amendments/validations, SOR and downstream system entries while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accurate lifecycle processing.

Experience in FX, FX Options, and IR Swap products is preferred.

Qualifications

Tertiary education; FX and Interest Rate Swap Trade Support or Middle Office experience preferred.
Proficient understanding of Treasury products including FX, FX Options and Interest Rate Swap is desirable.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Day to day running of FX, Options and STIRT Trade Support functions, covering trade amendment/validation into booking and downstream systems.
Managing life-cycle events and resolving risk and P&L issues.
Partner with stakeholders to resolve trade life-cycle issues.
Analyse and resolve exceptions, evaluate and elevate risk items to management and business partners.
Partner with technology and key stakeholders on systems enhancement and development.
Completing intra-day and EOD controls to ensure all processes are running and all trades are fed from source to books and records system.
Analyse and continually evolve team processes in line with market changes and bank policies.
