Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Trade Support Analyst to support post-trade operations across Fixed Income, Equities, and FX. You will manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle, ensure timely confirmations and settlements, and resolve trade exceptions with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years in middle office, trade support, or settlements.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle across asset classes.
• Experience with trade confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and exception management.
• Familiarity with market infrastructure and trade matching platforms is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes (FI, equities, FX).
• Perform trade confirmation and settlement activities within deadlines.
• Monitor and resolve exceptions, breaks, and discrepancies.
• Investigate trade-related issues with appropriate teams for timely resolution.
• Liaise with Front Office, Operations, Custody, Settlements, Technology and external counterparties.
• Maintain high accuracy, controls, and client service in processing activities.
• Produce and maintain operational reports as needed.
• Participate in process improvements, including automation opportunities.
• Utilize Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and analysis; support testing or adoption of new processes.
