Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Trade Support Analyst to support post-trade operations across Fixed Income, Equities, and FX.

You will manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle, ensuring timely trade confirmations and settlements, resolve exceptions, and maintain accuracy and client service while collaborating with Front Office, Operations, Custody, Settlements, Technology, and external counterparties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Middle Office, Trade Support, or related experience.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle across FI, equity, and FX.
• Experience with trade confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and exception management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle across Fixed Income, Equities, and FX.
• Perform trade confirmation and settlement accurately and on time.
• Monitor and resolve exceptions, breaks, and discrepancies.
• Investigate and escalate trade-related issues.
• Liaise with Front Office, Operations, Custody, Settlements, Technology, and counterparties.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, control, and client service.
• Produce and maintain operational reports.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Use Excel for reporting, reconciliation, analysis, and tracking.
• Support testing and adoption of new processes or system enhancements.
