Job summary

Brevan Howard is seeking a Trade Support Specialist in Singapore to support trading activities and ensure accurate capture of trades and lifecycle events. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers and traders to monitor activity, book trades, and maintain instrument data, enabling effective risk and P&L capture.

You will participate in onboarding clients and funds, affirm client positions, and support improvements across processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a numerate discipline.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and different financial products.
• Advanced Excel and knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python or other programming languages.
• Good problem-solving capabilities and evidence of process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Trade capture and lifecycle management: monitor activity and book trades; ensure accurate capture of voice and electronic executions.
• Onboard clients, traders and funds; maintain instrument data and support static data to aid straight-through processing.
• Affirmation of client positions; ensure internal records match external counterparties and resolve breaks promptly.
• Support process improvements and projects; assist with new traders/products and technology enhancements.
