Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience in stockbroking, securities, banking, investment or financial operations.
• Familiarity with trade-related payments, cash reconciliation or client account reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under time-sensitive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process trade-related payments and receipts accurately within timelines.
• Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts, bank balances and transactions.
• Investigate and resolve payment, receipt and account discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up with parties.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
• Collaborate with settlement, finance, dealing and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Support system testing, implementation and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and controls.
