Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented professional to join the Middle Office Trades team, supporting post-trade functions across Fixed Income, Equities, and FX, including trade confirmation, settlement oversight, and lifecycle support.

You will liaise with Front Office, Operations, Custody, Settlements, Technology and external counterparties to ensure timely processing, high accuracy, and opportunities for process improvements, including automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant middle office or trade operations experience.
• Familiarity with trade matching platforms and settlement processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle across Fixed Income, Equities, and FX.
• Perform trade confirmation and settlement activities accurately and on deadlines.
• Monitor and resolve exceptions, breaks, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Custody, and external counterparties to ensure timely processing.

Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join theMiddle Office Trades team. The successful candidate will support core post-trade functions across asset classes such asFixed Income, Equities, and FX, with responsibilities spanningtrade confirmation, settlement oversight, exception management, and trade lifecycle support.
This role requires good operational knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate trade processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support theend-to-end trade lifecycleacrossFixed Income, Equities, and/or FXproducts.
• Performtrade confirmation and settlementactivities accurately and within established deadlines.
• Monitor and resolveexceptions, breaks, and discrepanciesarising throughout the trade lifecycle.
• Investigate and raise trade-related issues to the appropriate teams to ensure prompt resolution.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Front Office, Operations, Custody, Settlements, Technology, and external counterparties where required.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, control, and client service in all processing activities.
• Produce and maintain operational reports where needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, including opportunities forautomationand workflow optimization.
• Use Microsoft Office tools, especiallyExcel, for reporting, reconciliation, analysis, and issue tracking.
• Support testing, implementation, or adoption of new processes, system enhancements, or control measures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in middle office, trade support, trade operations, or settlements roles within a financial institution.
• Familiarity with market infrastructure, matching/confirmation platforms, and settlement processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
