Job summary

CHRIS HUNTER PTE. LTD. in Orchard is seeking a Retail Advisor (Supervisor) for the Toys Department to lead sales operations, deliver excellent customer service, and manage merchandising and stock on the shop floor.

You will train junior staff, oversee cashiering, assist with online store orders, and ensure a neat, safe, and compliant store environment. Working hours include mornings and afternoons, five days a week, with weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused retail experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fashion and product trends.
• Ability to train and supervise junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers with up-to-date product information and advice.
• Maintain store information and product knowledge to promote merchandise.
• Assist in building a strong customer base and track preferences.
• Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints with guidance.
• Oversee cashiering, stock control, housekeeping, and merchandise displays.
• Support online store sales operations and digital marketing efforts.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock takes.
