Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales operations, develop and execute business plans to achieve sales growth and profit targets.
• Stationed on sales floor during store hours to lead and motivate staff and promoters to meet sales and profit targets.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of sales area, fitting rooms, stock rooms, stands, and fixtures; enforce safety procedures.
• Conduct on-the-job training to improve service, merchandising and POS skills.
• Plan monthly staff rosters to optimize manpower.
