PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a strategic Total Rewards leader to define and drive the compensation and benefits framework in a high‑volume semiconductor environment.

You will shape salary structures, allowances, and wellness programs while partnering with the CEO and Management Team. The role requires 10+ years in Compensation & Benefits, strong governance, data analytics, and change management to attract and retain talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
• Proven leadership experience with team management and strategic execution.
• Experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Ability to translate market insights into practical reward decisions.
• Data analytics capabilities and governance in HRIS processes.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement Total Rewards strategy and philosophy.
• Advise CEO, HR Head, and Management Team on compensation decisions and trends.
• Lead design and governance of salary structures, allowances, variable pay programs, and benefits.
• Review policies to ensure market competitiveness and talent attraction/retention.
• Ensure compliance and strong governance, controls, and reporting.
• Conduct regular market benchmarking and translate insights into business decisions.
• Build data-driven capability, dashboards, and predictive analysis to support decisions.
• Oversee HRIS processes related to Compensation & Benefits, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
• Partner with CEO and Management Team to drive alignment for transformation initiatives.
• Lead and develop a small team (Compensation Specialist, Benefits Specialist).
