Job summary

Commit in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Tier-2 IT Support Engineer to serve the Singapore site and APAC users. You will deliver timely, professional IT support aligned with policies and SLAs, covering hardware break/fix, imaging, onboarding/offboarding, and ticket handling via the client ITSM system.

This on-site role requires strong English communication, basic networking, device hardening, and security awareness.

Qualifications

• Hardware troubleshooting and break/fix for laptops and accessories.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing and SLA tracking.
• Proficient Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Okta identity and access management knowledge.
• AV support for conference rooms and meetings.
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Basic networking and network-room maintenance.
• Awareness of IT security and data privacy controls.
• Professional English communication

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware break/fix support for laptops and devices.
• Handle tickets via the client ITSM system and monitor SLA adherence.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and assist end-users with access issues.
• Manage Okta identities, SSO, and user provisioning.
• Deliver AV support for conference rooms and events.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for new/left employees.
• Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate imaging tasks.
• Daily service reporting and participation in team meetings.
• Assist in weekly inventory reconciliation and reporting tasks.
