TRANE SINGAPORE ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. seeks a strategic leader to own and drive Data Center vertical performance across TNSA.

You will own the regional P&L, shape growth strategy, and align cross-functional teams to country execution and long-term expansion. The role requires leading application engineering, coordinating with sales, product, and operations, and building scalable regional plans across Singapore, Malaysia, and wider SEA.

Qualifications

• P&L ownership and leadership experience in regional or multi-country settings.
• Understanding of Data Center market dynamics and requirements.
• Experience in coordinating across functions, geographies and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Center vertical P&L for TNSA and drive growth, profitability and performance.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligning market opportunities with business priorities.
• Oversee application engineering to ensure alignment with customer needs and objectives.
• Develop offerings tailored to Data Center markets to enhance competitiveness.
• Support country bid strategies with strong technical and commercial coordination.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to accelerate execution and share best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, operations and regional leadership for market development.
• Identify trends, customer priorities and competitive dynamics to inform growth plans.
• Advocate for the Data Center vertical to promote collaboration and visibility.
