Job summary

Wise is seeking a Thai Localisation Specialist to join our global localisation team in Singapore. You will localise and adapt product, marketing, and support content from English to Thai while preserving meaning and tone, and ensuring cultural relevance.

You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to refine processes, maintain terminology, and improve quality. A Bachelor's degree and strong Thai language skills are required; experience with CAT/TMS/MT tools is a plus.

Qualifications

Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Thai to localise content for the Thai market, with cultural nuance.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Localise Product/Marketing/Support contents from English to Thai maintaining meaning, context and tone.
Proofread and edit translated contents for linguistic accuracy and clarity.
Collaborate with localisation team members to promote synergies between markets and refine tools and workflows.
Evaluate and report on vendor quality for continuous improvement.
Perform QA and liaise with marketers, product owners, engineers and other stakeholders to address issues and challenges.
Define and ensure a consistent tone of voice across web pages and customer emails.
Identify growth opportunities with Thai audiences.
