Job summary

Wise, a global technology company, is seeking a Senior Product Operations Specialist for APAC Payments in Singapore. You will own a meaningful portion of the APAC portfolio, interfacing with Product, Engineering and Regional Ops to reduce friction and deliver scalable payment solutions.

You will write SQL, analyze data, investigate root causes, and shape requirements while driving end-to-end delivery and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ownership of complex, ambiguous initiatives from problem discovery to measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering to shape requirements and influence prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the direction and outcomes for an assigned part of the APAC portfolio, aligned with regional priorities and the Payments Product Operations Technical Lead.
• Identify, investigate and prioritise material customer, payment-performance and operational problems; establish root causes, size their impact and recommend interventions.
• Shape roadmaps and technical solutions with Product and Engineering, balancing customer impact, scalability, risk, effort and business value.
• Build compelling business cases and recommendations that secure senior stakeholder support and investment.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end—from discovery and solution design through operational readiness, delivery and benefit validation.
• Design scalable workflows, tools and controls that reduce recurring customer friction, manual work, cost or risk.
• Lead or support complex launches such as new markets, direct integrations and material payment-system changes.
• Identify and test automation and AI opportunities with validation, controls and governance.
