You will bridge Thai partners with global Implementation and Customer Success teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and removing bottlenecks. The role requires hands-on execution, bilingual English/Thai, and 2–5 years’ experience in enablement or related fields, with a bias toward FinTech/Payments or travel tech.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Thai (spoken and written).
• 2–5 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, onboarding, account management or related roles.
• Industry experience in FinTech/Payments, SaaS or Travel Tech/TMCs is preferred.
• Knowledge of travel ecosystem, airline ticketing, GDS or card acceptance is a plus.
• A hands-on, proactive self-starter who drives cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate onboarding for Thai travel agencies and TMCs, reducing cycle time to live transactions.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sales Manager to prepare collateral and manage partner communications in Thai.
• Translate local needs into actionable tasks for global CS, Ops, Risk and Tech teams.
• Identify friction points and create onboarding playbooks, FAQs, and self-service tools for Thai market.
• Conduct remote trainings and product demonstrations in Thai for agency staff.

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, commercially driven, and bilingual Sales Enablement Specialist based in Singapore to accelerate commercial momentum and streamline client activation within the Thai travel ecosystem. Following our exclusive channel partnership with Thai Airways for card acceptance, market demand is high and top travel agencies are actively onboarding. In this role, you will partner directly with our Strategic Sales Manager, acting as the critical operational anchor bridging Thai travel agencies/Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and our global Implementation and Customer Success teams. Your native language fluency and hands‑on execution will eliminate cross‑border friction, directly compressing onboarding lifecycles from multi‑month processes down to under 30 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate Client Onboarding: Spearhead and manage the operational onboarding workflow for Thai travel agencies and TMCs, cutting lead times from contract signing to first live transaction to under 30 days.
• Commercial Enablement & Bridge: Partner closely with the Strategic Sales Manager to prepare collateral, handle day‑to‑day partner communications in Thai, and proactively remove technical or administrative bottlenecks.
• Cross‑Functional Orchestration: Serve as the primary liaison translating localized business needs and requirements into actionable tasks for global Customer Success, Operations, Risk, and Technical Implementation teams.
• Process Optimization: Continuously identify points of friction in the client journey, establishing standardized onboarding playbooks, FAQs, and self‑service enablement tools tailored to the Thai market.
• Partner Education & Support: Conduct remote walkthroughs, training sessions, and product demonstrations in Thai for agency operational staff, ensuring seamless platform adoption.

What We Are Looking For

• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English and native or bilingual proficiency in Thai (verbal and written) is required to manage daily communications and technical discussions with partners in Thailand.
• Relevant Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Client Onboarding, Account Management, or Commercial Operations—ideally within FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or Travel Technology/TMCs.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with travel ecosystem dynamics, airline ticketing workflows, GDS environments, or card acceptance is an advantage.
• Execution & Problem‑Solving: A hands‑on, proactive self‑starter with a track record of driving cross‑functional projects forward in fast‑paced commercial environments.
• Location: Based in Singapore or possessing valid authorization to work in Singapore.
