• Implement and update the Test Strategy.
• Define Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of done.
• Measure and report test coverage across sprints.

Skills

Experience in Agile projects

ABOUT THE JOB

• Implementing and updating the Test Strategy.
• Define Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of done.
• Estimate the scope and size of the testing effort.
• Review and update estimates for upcoming user stories.
• Measuring and reporting test coverage across sprints.
• Ensuring proper use of testing tools.
• Reporting defects and working with the team to resolve them.
• Fix and verify bugs within the same sprint.
• Actively collaborating with other agile team members.
• Participating in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives, suggesting and
• implementing improvements.
• Career advisor role to junior members.
• Coaching of team members.

ABOUT YOU

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related fields
• Experienced working in Agile projects
• Experienced in managing software test engineers.
• Experienced in QA processes with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Well-versed in Testing Automation process and tools.
• Has experience working in JIRA and applied knowledge in insurance systems and willingness to learn
• banking systems.
• Can fluently speak and write in English.
• Well-versed in functional, automation, and regression testing
• Have applied knowledge in banking systems
• Excellent spoken and written English
