Job summary

SAAY in East Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering and cost estimation for building and civil engineering projects. You will prepare quantity take-offs, budgets and competitive tender pricing, review documents, and coordinate submissions with stakeholders.

The role requires 2–5 years of tendering or QS experience, with proficiency in MS Office and Glodon Cubicost to analyze drawings, pricing and specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in QS / Construction / Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years tendering or quantity surveying experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Glodon Cubicost.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of tendering or quantity surveying experience, preferably with a main contractor or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, market pricing and local procurement practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Glodon Cubicost, with strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
