Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor/Procurement professional to support our Singapore construction projects at Ubi Road. You will source, evaluate quotations, and manage subcontractor agreements to meet project budgets.
The role requires 3 to 6 years of experience, proficiency in take-off software and Excel, and strong negotiation and analytical skills to drive cost-efficiency and compliant procurement outcomes.
Up till $5000 basic + Variable bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
Location: Ubi Road
Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.20pm

Source, invite, and compile quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for materials, equipment, and specialized trade works to support project procurement.
Perform detailed cost comparisons, quantity take-offs, and budget analyses to evaluate tenders against budgeted allowances for informed decision‑making.
Conduct commercial negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and strong contractual clauses.
Prepare, draft, and finalize letters of award, subcontract documents, and supply agreements in compliance with industry-standard templates.
Monitor market trends, material price fluctuations, and alternative suppliers to optimize company cost‑efficiency and procurement strategies.
Apply professional knowledge in Building Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields supported by a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and procurement within the Singapore construction sector to manage procurement effectively.
Demonstrate proficiency in quantity take-off software and Microsoft Excel to manage complex cost matrices accurately.
Apply knowledge of local construction procurement processes, standard contract forms (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC), and material specifications to ensure compliance.
Employ strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills to manage vendor relationships and procurement outcomes.
