Job summary

SAAY in East Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering and cost estimation for building and civil engineering projects. You will prepare quantity take-offs, budgets and competitive tender pricing, review documents, and coordinate submissions with stakeholders.

The role requires 2–5 years of tendering or QS experience, with proficiency in MS Office and Glodon Cubicost to analyze drawings, pricing and specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in QS / Construction / Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years tendering or quantity surveying experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Glodon Cubicost.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, budgets and tender pricing.
• Review tender documents, drawings and specifications to ensure accurate submissions.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for cost-effective quotations.
• Coordinate tender submissions, liaise with stakeholders and support project handover after contract award.
