Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Bid/Proposal Specialist to join our interior design and renovation projects team in Singapore. You will work with the Bid Manager, Client Relations Director, and project leads to craft winning bids.

The role involves coordinating RFP submissions, using AI tools to improve research and proposals, and creating marketing materials with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. A collaborative, growth-minded attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Background in the construction and interior fit-out industry or project management experience.
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Bid Manager and teams to shape bid strategies.
• Coordinate incoming RFPs from departments to ensure timely submissions.
• Leverage AI and productivity tools to boost research and proposals.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create and update marketing content including EDMs and social posts.
• Maintain client database with profiles and project references.
• Support business development initiatives to drive growth.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Participate in trade events and adapt to new markets.

• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm, Friday 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Bid Manager, Client Relations Director, and Contracts and Project team leads to develop bid strategies aligned with client requirements and company goals




• Coordinate incoming Request for Proposals (RFPs) by gathering information from relevant departments and ensuring timely, complete submissions




• Utilize approved AI and productivity tools to enhance research, proposal development, presentation preparation, and operational efficiency




• Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and business development documents using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications




• Create and update company marketing content, including corporate presentations, EDMs, social media content, and promotional materials




• Maintain and update client database with accurate client profiles, project references, and marketing information




• Apply a business-minded approach to support business development initiatives and contribute to company growth




• Manage multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in producing polished presentations and submissions




• Maintain composure and focus under pressure to deliver quality work consistently




• Act as a proactive, collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally




• Participate in trade and social functions, demonstrating openness to new cultures and markets and contributing to a positive team environment
