Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd invites an interior design project coordinator to join our team at Ubi Ave. The role offers up to SGD 4500 basic salary plus bonus and AWS, with a work schedule Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday 9am–1pm, and after probation, alternate Saturdays.

You will manage budgets, oversee contracts, and collaborate with designers and clients to ensure project delivery meets design standards and timelines, gaining hands-on experience across residential and commercial projects

Qualifications

• Experience in interior design projects, residential or commercial.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets by monitoring and controlling costs throughout all project phases to ensure financial targets are met.
• Oversee commercial and contract matters by negotiating terms, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance from project initiation to handover.
• Collaborate effectively with Interior Designers, Project Managers, and clients to align project delivery with agreed design standards and timelines.
• Track project progress and resolve issues promptly to maintain schedule adherence and quality outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with suppliers, contractors, interior designers & project supervisors to provide updates, manage expectations, and facilitate decision-making.

• Location: Ubi Ave

• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm, after probration will be alternative Saturday.
