Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead and deliver system furniture projects in the interior design sector.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling and client satisfaction, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure safety and quality. The role requires at least 5 years in project management, a diploma or degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a related discipline is required.
• At least 5 years of project management experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Weekend work may be required to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project planning, control budgets and profitability.
• Administer contract management and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare tender documents, project schedules and planning.
• Maintain client satisfaction and pursue new business opportunities.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (May need to commit on weekends if required.)

Salary $ 4000 - $ 5500

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project management, planning & control, and execution, including project budget evaluation and profitability.
• Administer all workplace work, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied.
• Preparation of tender documents, including drafting of project schedule, workplace utilisation and planning and assist in awarding procurement contract.
• Maintain client's satisfaction with project performance and follow up on new business opportunities with the client.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Diploma or Degree qualification in related discipline, with at least 5 years of working experience in project management.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple projects, administrative works, competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently
• Able to work on weekend when necessary.
