You will learn pricing and project management while contributing to competitive, well-structured proposals.

Collaborating with regional teams, you will analyze specifications, prepare bids, and maintain tender records to ensure timely, high-quality responses across APAC and beyond.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in tender management required; proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.
• Analyze complex tender specifications and liaise with country representatives to ensure accurate responses.
• Coordinate with local offices and central procurement teams to build high-quality competitive offers.
• Develop project plans to facilitate pricing analysis, internal reviews, and evaluations in the tender process.
• Maintain records of active and historical tenders in reports and the tender document system.
• Provide expert tender perspective in cross-regional meetings to help achieve corporate goals.
• Troubleshoot tender issues and propose corrective actions to improve processes.
• Undertake additional commercial projects as required.
