Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a tender analyst to assist in preparing and submitting bids for global and regional customers, coordinating with APAC offices to ensure accuracy of information.

You will analyse tender requirements, coordinate pricing proposals with account management and procurement, monitor submission timelines, and maintain tender records. You will also support regional tender reviews and process improvements, providing analysis and recommendations to improve

• Assist in preparing and submitting tenders for key global and regional customers.
• Analyse tender requirements and coordinate with APAC offices to obtain accurate information.
• Work with account management, procurement, and other stakeholders to develop competitive pricing proposals.
• Conduct pricing analysis and coordinate internal reviews and evaluations.
• Monitor tender schedules and ensure submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain tender records, reports, and supporting documents.
• Provide analysis and recommendations during regional tender meetings.
• Follow up on tender issues and support corrective actions and process improvements.
• Undertake other related assignments and projects as required.
