Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a tender coordination professional to drive cross‑regional submissions for key strategic accounts. You will partner with global and regional teams to ensure timely, accurate tender responses across APAC.

The role emphasizes collaboration with procurement, sales and country offices, governance of pricing and bid evaluation, and maintaining complete tender records in internal systems to support corporate objectives.

Aufgaben

• Partner with global and regional account management teams to drive the coordination and execution of tender submissions for key strategic accounts.
• Interpret tender specifications and engage APAC country teams to consolidate market-specific information, validate requirements, and deliver accurate submissions within established timelines.
• Facilitate collaboration among local offices, central procurement teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop effective and competitive tender proposals.
• Coordinate tender planning and governance activities, including pricing analysis, internal stakeholder reviews, bid evaluation, and adherence to global tender management guidelines.
• Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of tender records, management reports, and supporting documentation in designated internal systems.
• Contribute tender management expertise, commercial analysis, and operational insights to cross-regional meetings in support of corporate objectives.
• Proactively address tender-related challenges, coordinate corrective and preventive measures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in other business assignments and related projects in line with departmental priorities.
