Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Tender Specialist to support the preparation and submission of bids for global and strategic customers.

You will analyze tender requirements and coordinate with APAC countries to ensure accurate and timely submissions. You will liaise with regional offices, account management teams, and procurement to prepare competitive proposals, develop tender project plans, coordinate pricing analysis, and maintain records in internal systems.

• Support tender preparation and submission for global and strategic customers.
• Analyze tender requirements and coordinate with APAC countries for timely submissions.
• Liaise with regional offices, account management teams, and procurement teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Develop tender project plans and coordinate pricing analysis, internal reviews, and evaluations.
• Maintain tender records and documentation in internal systems.
• Participate in regional meetings and provide tender-related analysis and recommendations.
• Resolve tender-related issues and support process improvements.
